This Registered Nurse position is an onsite role within our Acute Care (Med-Surg) units, which handle patients of moderate to high acuity. You will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to secure safety and quality at the point of care. The role involves contributing to a secure clinical environment where AMSN's core curriculum and specialty certification standards guide evidence-based care models.
You will work a Day and Night Rotation schedule, totaling 72 hours per pay period. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. UCHealth welcomes talent and keeps this position open for a minimum of three days until a top applicant is identified. Candidates are expected to meet specific licensure and certification requirements, including state licensure as an RN and BLS certification, prior to their start date. For those with less than three years of experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, while a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
