Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct RN care for endoscopy patients including pre-procedure assessment and post-procedure recovery
- check_circleDocument assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the patient record using SBAR communication
- check_circleEducate patients and families on procedure preparation, process, and post-procedure care including discharge instructions
- check_circleMonitor patient status, vital signs, and sedation effects responding promptly to changes in condition
- check_circleParticipate in quality improvement and best-practice initiatives supporting a team-based care model
- check_circleAssist the endoscopy team during procedures while maintaining sterile technique and operating related equipment
Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse license in Michigan
- verifiedBLS (American Heart Association) certification
- verifiedMinimum 2+ years of RN Endoscopy experience
