About the Role

You will join the 4 North Med/Surg team as a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."

In this role, you will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. Every role has an impact on our patients' lives, and you have the opportunity to make a difference. You will assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans, translating complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
