About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. In this PRN (as needed) capacity, you will provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults within our patient-centered care model. You will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously.

You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. Your day will involve collecting comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health, analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses, and identifying expected outcomes for individualized care plans. You will act as an advocate for patient safety and the interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. Additionally, you will educate patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support to patients and their families throughout their stay.

About the Hospital

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital accredited by the Joint Commission and serving as a Level II Trauma Center. We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with the UCF College of Medicine, conveniently located in the Heart of Kissimmee, just minutes from Orlando, St. Cloud, Celebration, and Poinciana.
