Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies and the nursing process
- check_circleConduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately while reporting changes in condition
- check_circleAdminister prescribed medications, monitor for side effects, and document administration in accordance with standards of practice
- check_circleCollaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- check_circleRespond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions such as CPR and code team activities
- check_circleProvide patient and family education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- check_circleMonitor and operate medical equipment including IV pumps, monitors, and ventilators as needed for patient care
- check_circleParticipate in audits, chart reviews, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Requirements
- verified0-2 years clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations
