Join our dedicated team at Grandview Medical Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pulmonary care. This full-time position operates on the night shift (7pm-7am), offering a unique opportunity to provide critical, patient-centered care during the evening and overnight hours. You will be an integral part of a compassionate environment where you collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.
In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality care based on established clinical protocols and physician orders. From conducting thorough patient assessments to administering medications and assisting with procedures, your work directly impacts the well-being of patients and their families. You will advocate for patient rights, provide essential education on treatment plans, and participate in life-saving interventions when necessary. This position is ideal for a nurse looking to make a significant impact in an acute care setting while growing their clinical expertise.
We are excited to announce new increased pay rates for this position. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in student loan contributions. Full and part-time roles also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and a 401k match.
Qualified candidates with 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting are encouraged to apply. Please ensure you hold a valid RN State Licensure (or Compact State Licensure) and BCLS certification. While ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred, refer to facility guidelines for specific unit requirements.
