About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our 4 North Med/Surg Floor, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and state standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."

In this role, you will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
