As a Registered Nurse at our GSS SD Rapid City St Martin facility, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. Your role involves collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will serve as a vital link in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, ensuring residents receive support in all phases of their health journey.
In this position, you may serve as the charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.
