As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Gss Nd Mandan Sunset facility, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. Your role involves collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses published by the American Nurses Association.
In this position, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care. You will coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and perform various nursing interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
This role is based in Mandan, ND, with a PRN schedule requiring a minimum of 30 hours per month. The position includes one weekend shift per month and may require travel to support multiple locations within a 150-mile radius of your permanent address, with mileage reimbursement provided for required travel.
