As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Gss Nd Bis Augusta Pl facility in Bismarck, ND, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This role involves collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will serve as a vital link in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, ensuring all interventions align with the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
In this position, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while providing the necessary support to ensure safe and reliable care delivery. You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state of practice.
This is a PRN role with a variable schedule requiring a minimum of 30 hours per month, including one weekend shift per month. The position involves travel to support multiple locations within a 150-mile radius of your permanent address. Mileage reimbursement is provided for required travel.
