About the Role
The Staff Pad is hiring Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) in Wausau, WI. This position is designed for nurses who want to expand their skillset beyond med-surg and move toward critical care. You will work with a diverse patient population including neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases, gaining hands-on experience with advanced interventions in a supportive, team-driven environment.
