We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic teams across the Operating Room, Pediatric OR, and Eye Surgery Center. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatric adults, working within a fluid, high-acuity environment that demands flexibility and adaptability.
In the CCT OR, you will support a busy 24/7 schedule across 18 operating rooms, collaborating with experienced surgeons and anesthesiologists to manage complex trauma and surgical cases. At the Pediatric OR, you will deliver compassionate, family-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents, transforming young lives through advanced surgical interventions. The Eye Surgery Center offers specialized opportunities for those focused on ophthalmic procedures.
For nurses new to the field, our 6-month Surgical Services Peri-Op Program provides comprehensive training, including classroom didactics and on-the-job rotations with preceptors. This program prepares you for various service specialties, ensuring you master the specific equipment, supplies, and processes required for success. Upon completion, you will have the autonomy to select your schedule and shifts.
