We have immediate opportunities for Registered Nurses across all Adult Intensive Care Units at University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque. This role is designed to provide direct, high-level nursing care to patients across the full spectrum of adult critical care needs, including Cardiothoracic Vascular, Trauma/Surgical, Medical/Cardiac, and Neuroscience ICUs.
As an RN in our Adult ICU departments, you will serve as a clinical leader and role model, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. You will work within the nursing process to deliver safe, direct care to assigned patients, manage individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, and assume relief charge duties when designated. The position requires adaptability, as patient care assignments may span Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric age groups depending on unit needs.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, ranging from a minimum of $34.84 (RN II) to a maximum of $47.33 (RN V). Additional incentives include a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Our shift differential structure rewards flexibility with 17% for weekday nights, 26% for weekend nights, and 15% for weekend days.
