We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our immediate hiring initiative across all Operating Rooms and the Surgical Services Perioperative Program. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment and are eager to make a tangible impact on patient outcomes.
In the CCT Operating Room, you will work in a 24/7 educational facility handling complex trauma cases. The environment is busy and requires the ability to adapt to change in the moment while prioritizing patient safety. You will work a 3x12-hour shift schedule with self-scheduling options and participate in a call rotation.
In the Pediatric Operating Room, you will bring your clinical expertise to a supportive, family-centered environment dedicated to infants, children, and adolescents. You will collaborate with experienced surgeons and anesthesiologists to deliver compassionate, high-quality care, helping to transform young lives through advanced surgical procedures.
For those new to the field, our Surgical Services Peri-Op Program offers a comprehensive 6-month training pathway. This program combines classroom didactics with on-the-job training and preceptorship across various service specialties. You will learn specific equipment, supplies, and processes, with educators checking in regularly to ensure your progress. Upon completion, you will partner with the OR Manager to select your schedule.
