About the Role

As an RN ICU PRN, you will join a team dedicated to providing individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with the scope and standards of practice for your state and specialty. Working in collaboration with medical providers and the multidisciplinary care team, you will utilize established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" to support recovery and enhance departmental performance.

Your day will involve serving as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while managing evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives. You will teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes, translating complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding. By collaborating with the team to customize holistic treatment plans, you will help deliver the exceptional care that defines our community hospital.
