About the Role

This position serves as a Registered Nurse within the Hematology Clinic at the UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. As an onsite role, you will provide direct patient care in a medical setting, utilizing the nursing process in strict accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Your work will be guided by the organization's policies, values, and mission to optimize patient outcomes and maximize available resources.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments. The role requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals, while ensuring patients and families receive appropriate education and support.
