About the Role

This onsite Registered Nurse position serves as a cornerstone of our outpatient infusion and apheresis services. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring every interaction aligns with our organization's policies, values, and mission. The role requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment, often with minimal supervision.

In this capacity, you will plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to individual patient assessments. Your day will involve monitoring patient conditions, collaborating across disciplines to coordinate transfers and support needs, and providing essential education to patients and families. You will also play a key role in mentoring by precepting student nurses and new hires, helping to cultivate the next generation of nursing talent.
