About the Role
This onsite Registered Nurse position serves as a vital part of our outpatient infusion and apheresis care. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring all actions align with the organization's scope, standards, policies, values, and mission. Working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, you will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to optimize outcomes and maximize resources. Your day will involve monitoring patient conditions, collaborating across disciplines to coordinate care, and providing essential education to patients and families. You will also have the opportunity to delegate care to ancillary personnel and precept student nurses and new hires.
