We are seeking a Full-Time Evening Registered Nurse to join our team at the GSS SD Sf Luth Mnr facility in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care strategies.
Your day will involve assessing residents, coordinating care, and delivering preventative health maintenance and treatment. You will serve as a vital link in our care continuum, ensuring that all nursing interventions align with the scope of practice and ethical standards set by the American Nurses Association. As a charge nurse, you may also delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, providing the necessary support to ensure safe and reliable care delivery.
