As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Gss Nd Mandan Sunset facility in Mandan, ND, you will serve as a vital member of our inter-disciplinary team. Your primary mission is to utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to our residents, ensuring their health, safety, and dignity are maintained throughout their journey.
In this full-time, day-shift role (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM), you will collaborate closely with residents, families, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care strategies. You will manage all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Additionally, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care in accordance with state nursing practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
