We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the largest long-term care facility in South Dakota, located at the Sioux Falls Village. This facility offers a comprehensive range of services, including general long-term care, short-stay rehabilitation, and a specialized memory care unit.
In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. The position involves coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and delivering various nursing interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You may also serve as the charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable care delivery.
We foster a fun, family-oriented work environment. This full-time position operates on an 8-hour evening shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm), with a rotation required for every other weekend and holidays. The role offers a shift differential for nights and weekends, holiday pay, and direct access to earnings daily.
