About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be the cornerstone of our care delivery, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team of colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies. Your role involves caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
You will also serve as a charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.
