About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will serve as the operational backbone of our nursing facility, supervising day-to-day activities to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a safe, warm, and professional environment for both residents and staff.

You will act as a key liaison between the Director of Nursing, the medical team, and the nursing staff. Your day involves balancing administrative oversight with direct patient care, ensuring that every resident receives a personalized regimen of treatment, rehabilitation, and support. From coordinating discharge plans and managing medication schedules to leading in-service training and participating in quality assurance committees, you will be instrumental in upholding the facility's mission of excellence in long-term care.
