As an RN Trauma Educator, you will strengthen trauma care across the continuum by preparing teams with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver safe, high-quality care. Serving as both a clinical mentor and program leader, you will turn guidelines, performance-improvement insights, and national standards into clear, practical education that elevates care at the bedside. Through focused assessments, targeted training, and close collaboration, you will ensure every caregiver is equipped to provide the level of trauma care patients deserve – advancing our shared mission to improve more lives in more ways.
