The Community Training Center operates within the Hospital and departmental framework to support clinical and non-clinical educational programs. The team is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all operational components.
This Registered Nurse position serves as a vital link in the organization's professional development strategy. You will assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs tailored to diverse patient care assignments, ranging from neonate to geriatric age groups. The role requires a proactive approach to patient safety, encouraging active participation from patients in their own care while ensuring strict adherence to hospital policies.
As a key member of the team, you will function as a change agent and consultant, integrating evidence-based practice into all educational activities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design curricula, and utilize adult learning principles to create effective, safe, and comfortable learning environments. The position also involves maintaining records, producing reports for quality improvement, and serving as a role model for professional growth and ethical practice.
Candidates selected for this role will be required to obtain specific credentials within designated timeframes, including CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider certification within 30 days and appropriate Age Appropriate Instructor Certification within 6 months. The position is full-time with a day shift schedule.
