About the Role
Join our dynamic Emergency Department team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. As a Registered Nurse on our night shift, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver emergency care up to and including Level 1 trauma designation. This role is designed for those who value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
You will work in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment where you are encouraged to welcome new knowledge. A key part of your day will involve modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth, while contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Our Night Shift Incentive Program rewards full-time night shift RNs with $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to recognize the dedication required for this critical schedule.
