As the RN Director - OR, you will be responsible for large daily nursing operations, managing nursing directors as direct reports, and overseeing multiple units. In this role, you will support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services to ensure the delivery of adequate and competent patient care. You will interface regularly with medical staff to communicate, receive information, and promote satisfactory patient outcomes.
Your day-to-day impact will involve redesigning workflows and processes to achieve customer satisfaction, quality improvement, and cost reduction. You will identify high-risk situations, utilizing root cause analysis tools to eliminate or reduce risk, and participate in LDI and Performance Improvement activities. Acting as the administrator on call and patient ombudsman, you will assume the role of administrator during the CNO's absence and assist in developing organizational planning systems compatible with the ANA Code of Ethics and Nursing standards.

Masters Degree in Nursing, Business or Related Field. 3-5 years progressively responsible management experience. Nursing experience in OR, preferably leadership experience in OR. Specialty or Administration certification.
