The RN Clinical Program Manager leads the Stroke Program at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. In this full-time, day-shift role, you will have overall accountability for the program's clinical and operational activities, aligning them with the organization's mission and strategic goals. You will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating with department directors, leaders, and caregivers to foster a multidisciplinary environment that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice."
Your day-to-day involves monitoring program bundle performance, tracking quality measures, and leading interdisciplinary teams toward continuous quality improvement. You will support error reporting and reduction efforts while building action plans to enhance physician and nurse satisfaction. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality care outcomes for patients through a collaborative approach to care delivery.
