The Stroke Program Coordinator RN serves as a vital leader in supporting high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with neurological conditions, with a primary focus on stroke management. This role provides clinical oversight, leads performance improvement initiatives, drives staff education, and manages patient follow-up to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize outcomes across the continuum of care.
