The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. This role facilitates care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs. Interactions occur via direct encounters, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic channels.
Working in collaboration with other members of the health care team, the Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Actions taken in this position reflect the organization's core values, supporting clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
