Our Surgery/OR team operates within a collaborative, community-focused rural environment featuring six main operating rooms and one dedicated OB surgical suite. We provide comprehensive surgical services including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and urology. Our commitment to excellence has been recognized by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center, the American College of Cardiology as a Chest Pain Center, and the American Heart Association for its Get With The Guidelines Stroke Rural Recognition Silver Award.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on our Surgery/OR team, you will embrace a vital mission dedicated to making a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve. You will partner with a skilled team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic setting. This role is designed for a nurse who excels in performing patient assessments, identifying needs, and initiating appropriate nursing interventions. You will be responsible for providing care tailored to the condition and age of the patient, ensuring timely documentation, and contributing to the completion and revision of Interdisciplinary Care Plans.

Hiring Process
To apply, please submit your application highlighting your current North Carolina state or compact state RN license. Candidates must be prepared to obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire and ACLS certification within 90 days. We look for candidates with an Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and at least one year of RN experience in an Operating Room setting.
