About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator supports our Healthcare & Medical Services team by coordinating and overseeing daily nursing operations. This role exists to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care while fostering the professional development of nursing staff. You will serve as a vital link between physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and the nursing unit, contributing significantly to quality and process improvement initiatives.
In this position, you will lead and mentor nursing staff, assist with staffing and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
