About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Your work will involve administering medications and treatments, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring accurate documentation within our electronic health records.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our unit by participating in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects. As a valued member of our team, you may have opportunities to precept and mentor new nurses and support staff, helping to cultivate the next generation of healthcare professionals.
