About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Adult Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical department. In this role, you will serve as a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Your day will involve performing patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and administering medications and treatments. You will closely monitor patient responses, escalating changes in condition as needed, while coordinating care with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff. Beyond clinical duties, you will play an active role in the unit's culture by mentoring nursing colleagues, participating in shared governance, and engaging in ongoing education to advance your clinical competencies.
