About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Adult Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical department. In this role, you will serve as a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

You will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and administering medications and treatments. Your day will involve closely monitoring patient responses, escalating changes in condition as needed, and coordinating care with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff. Beyond clinical duties, you will contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment by mentoring nursing colleagues, participating in shared governance, and engaging in ongoing education to advance your clinical competencies.
