About the Role

We are seeking an Adult Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical department. In this role, you will serve as a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and closely monitoring patient responses to ensure safe transitions of care.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care. You will also have the opportunity to mentor nursing colleagues, participate in shared governance, and engage in ongoing education to advance your clinical competencies.
