About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our patient-centered care mission. This position is designed to bridge daily clinical operations with high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. You will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to oversee patient flow, manage staffing, and mentor nursing staff, ensuring that care remains safe, efficient, and compassionate.
In this key role, you will serve as a primary resource for the nursing staff, guiding them through complex care scenarios while directly providing patient care. Your day will involve developing and implementing care plans, monitoring patient outcomes to drive quality and safety improvements, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. You will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while utilizing electronic health records to ensure accurate documentation and communication.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice

- verifiedSpecialty certification in medical-surgical, critical care, or related field preferred
- verifiedPrevious charge nurse or clinical lead experience strongly preferred

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred or obtained within hire timeframe), specialty certification in medical-surgical, critical care, or related field, and previous charge nurse or clinical lead experience.
