About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a professional practitioner who assesses, manages, directs, and provides comprehensive nursing care throughout a patient's hospital stay. This role is central to the patient experience, requiring you to coordinate planning with other disciplines using a patient-driven approach. You will be responsible for establishing and evaluating individualized plans of care, collaborating with the health team to ensure seamless coordination, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and physicians.
