As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a professional practitioner who assesses, manages, and directs nursing care throughout a patient's hospital stay. This role is pivotal in coordinating planning with other disciplines using a patient-driven approach. You will be responsible for comprehensive assessments, developing evidence-based care plans, and executing interventions that prioritize patient safety and recovery.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with physicians, care partners, and the broader healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. From managing specialized care for high-risk patients and implementing pain management strategies to educating families and facilitating discharge planning, you will be the central figure in the patient's journey. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment while upholding strict infection control and safety protocols.
