This position serves as a strategic partner in developing and executing education and training programs designed to elevate the confidence and capability of clinical staff. You will be responsible for assessing learning needs, planning curricula, and utilizing adult learning principles to create effective educational interventions.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating with clinical partners, educational facilities, and community agencies to build strong alliances and influence the regional education strategic plan. You will manage the full spectrum of staff development, from coordinating orientation schedules and skills immersion labs to providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback for new, transferring, and existing clinical staff. The role requires facilitating consensus building among subject matter experts and leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives.
We offer a work environment that prioritizes work-life balance, providing the flexibility to create your day-to-day schedule. While the core schedule is Monday through Friday, the role may occasionally include weekends or evenings to support operational needs.
