As a Registered Nurse (RN) at the St. Vincent Care Center in Bismarck, ND, you will serve as a vital member of our inter-disciplinary team. This role is designed for professionals who wish to utilize the full scope of their nursing expertise to provide individualized care to residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. The position involves utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure high standards of care. In addition to direct patient care, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and reliable administration of care.
This is a PRN (as needed) position with a flexible schedule. You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per month, including one weekend shift. The role may involve travel to support multiple locations within a 150-mile radius of your permanent address, with mileage reimbursement provided for required travel.
We offer competitive premium pay rates, including a $5/hour premium on all hours worked, plus shift differentials of $1.25/hour for weekend and evening/night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
