Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks an RN Clinical Care Leader to guide day-to-day clinical operations within our faith-based, community health setting. This role is designed to bridge the gap between hands-on nursing care, team leadership, and care coordination for underserved patients across primary care, behavioral health, dental, and wellness services.
As a Clinical Care Leader, you will mentor staff, support quality and safety initiatives, and help advance health equity through compassionate, whole-person care. You will operate in a collaborative, mission-driven environment where you will lead and coordinate clinical operations, provide direct patient assessments and triage, and ensure adherence to strict quality and infection-control standards. Your work will involve close collaboration with physicians, behavioral health, dental, and wellness teams to deliver integrated care that promotes dignity and wellbeing.
We are a faith-based organization dedicated to serving underserved communities with cultural humility and respect. Our mission drives us to provide compassionate care that addresses the whole person, not just their symptoms. We foster a culture where professional development is supported, and where every team member contributes to process improvement and community health initiatives.
Interested candidates should submit their application through our official career portal. The selection process typically includes a review of qualifications, followed by an interview with the clinical leadership team to discuss your experience in care coordination and staff mentoring.
Good Samaritan Health Center is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and patients.
