About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator serves as a vital link in our daily clinical operations, bridging the gap between direct patient care and strategic leadership. In this role, you will not only provide direct, patient-centered care following evidence-based nursing standards but also mentor nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of service. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans, monitor patient outcomes, and drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Your day will involve facilitating patient and family education, ensuring adherence to infection control and clinical policies, and supporting the orientation and ongoing professional development of the nursing team. This position is designed for a leader who is passionate about promoting evidence-based practice and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.

Requirements
