About the Role
As the Nurse Manager for our Neurological unit, you will lead daily operations, staffing, and clinical quality. This role exists to ensure the highest standards of care by collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will drive evidence-based practices, mentor nursing staff, and foster an environment where both patients and staff safety are paramount.
In this position, you will oversee the implementation of new clinical technologies and manage unit resources to support efficient care delivery.
