About the Role

This position serves as a Registered Nurse within the Cell Therapy Apheresis department at the UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. You will provide direct patient care in an outpatient infusion and apheresis setting, utilizing the nursing process to optimize outcomes while adhering to the organization's policies, values, and mission.

In this onsite role, you will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on comprehensive assessments. The position requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals, while also addressing spiritual and psychosocial support needs. Additionally, you will evaluate learning needs to provide tailored education to patients and families, and may have the opportunity to precept student nurses and new hires.
