About the Role

This onsite Registered Nurse position serves as a vital link in patient care, utilizing the nursing process to optimize outcomes and maximize resources. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, requiring critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Your day will involve planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care related to infusion services based on thorough assessments. You will monitor and communicate patient conditions, collaborating across disciplines to coordinate care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals. Additionally, you will evaluate learning needs to provide appropriate education to patients and families, and may precept student nurses and new hires.
