About the Role
As a Registered Nurse with BJC Home Care, you will provide 1:1 patient care to an under-served community, building meaningful relationships while supporting patients and their families. This role is designed to help you attain work-life balance by allowing you to set your own schedule. You will evaluate clients, furnish specialized nursing services, and instruct patients on self-care techniques. When assigned as a case manager, you will coordinate all aspects of care related to that patient, collaborating with an interprofessional team to develop and implement individual plans of care.

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the ability to work in a constant state of alertness. Schedule and Location
This position offers a flexible 40-hour work week within the BJC Home Care service area. The schedule includes a weekend rotation (generally every 4th weekend) and requires being willing to provide coverage in all St. Louis regions during on-call shifts (4–6 paid on-call nights per month). You will also be responsible for two holidays per year.
