Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Clinic. In this outpatient role, you will provide specialized nursing care for adult cardiac patients, serving as a vital link between patients and our cardiology team. Your work will focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment dedicated to heart health.
As a key member of the clinic, you will collaborate closely with cardiologists to assess, triage, and manage patient needs. Your day will involve administering cardiac medications, performing diagnostic preparations such as EKGs and stress test support, and monitoring patient status. You will also play a crucial role in educating patients and their families on cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and necessary lifestyle modifications, ensuring they are empowered to manage their health effectively.
