About the Role
We are seeking a quality-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our post-acute care team in the Kansas City, Kansas, area. This full-time role focuses on rounding in skilled nursing facilities, offering a unique blend of autonomy, excellent support, and significant earning potential. You will provide comprehensive cardiac consulting and follow-up care, analyzing pathophysiology, interpreting stress tests and EKGs, and managing patients with cardiac devices. Beyond clinical duties, you will build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
