About the Role

The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist plays a critical role in the Cath Lab by assisting physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures. This position goes beyond technical execution; it involves collecting, interpreting, and processing vital data for cardiac and peripheral vascular diagnostics. You will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and manipulating highly technical equipment to obtain accurate medical data, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

In this role, you will be the backbone of the procedural workflow. From preparing procedure trays with sterile precision before a patient arrives to coordinating the day's schedule with the team, your focus is on efficiency and accuracy. You will monitor and document procedure data, including pressure tracings and EKGs, while ensuring supplies are billed correctly and the surgical environment remains free of infection risks. The role requires a cooperative spirit, working seamlessly with the surgical team to minimize turnover time and promote a quiet, efficient departmental operation.
